When you place an order on Wholesale101.com, you agree to accept and adhere to the following Shipping Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions Section 6 for more information. Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined in the Terms and Conditions.
Transfer of Title; Risk of Loss
We shall make the merchandise available to the selected carrier at our identified pick-up facility. Carrier is solely responsible for overseeing the loading and delivery of your confirmed order to your ship to location. The title of ownership and risk of loss of the merchandise transfer to you upon the handover of your confirmed order to the carrier. Typically, merchandise ships within 3-5 business days. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We will provide a best effort to meet the 3-5 day timeline to prepare your order for pick-up but unforeseen scenarios can cause slight delays. We cannot assume any liability for delays for normal course of business delays as well as circumstances that are out of our control.
1. Shipping Methods:
Pick Up at 125 Railroad Ave, Beacon Falls, CT, 06403
If you choose to pick up your order, please note you have 3 business days (excluding weekends and non-operating hours) to schedule your pick-up once your order is marked as ready for pickup. Please do not come to pick up until your order is marked as ready for pickup. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm ET. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information. Dock height trucks are encouraged to use to take possession of the merchandise at Wholesale101.com’s Premises. Use of a pick-up truck, rental moving truck or other non-commercial vehicle to take possession of merchandise is permitted. Pallets may not be broken down on the dock or anywhere on Wholesale101.com’s Premises. You must accept the pallets in complete shrink wrapped condition. Once your order is ready to pick up, you will receive an email notification from info@wholesale101.com. Standard pallet dimensions are 48" long, 40" wide, and 38" tall.
Less-Than-Truckload (LTL)
Wholesale101.com has partnered with ShipHawk (shiphawk.com) to provide live in-cart LTL ratings. We partner with over 250 carriers to provide fast and reliable shipping nationwide. Live LTL rates will appear in your shopping cart upon checkout. If rates are not loading, clear your cache and reload your browser. If no option is available after clearing your cache, please select the “Invoice Me” option (this may appear if you have selected more than 10 pallets). LTL rates will work best for 1-20 pallets. For residential addresses, your truck will be equipped with a liftgate, and a receiving dock is not needed. For commercial addresses, we assume that liftgate will not be required for your shipment. If you do not have a receiving dock, and liftgate is required, please say so in the order note. Commercial addresses that require liftgate will be subject to additional charges.
"Invoice Me" Rate (LTL/FTL)
If an LTL rate is not appearing in the cart, the number of pallets selected and/or weight exceed the LTL shipping constraints. Please select “Invoice Me” option. Upon checkout, you will not be immediately charged for shipping but will be responsible for all shipping fees once a rate is calculated. Once the lowest rate is calculated, your order will be adjusted to reflect the correct shipping rate and then submitted. 2. Shipping Costs:
Pick Up
Personal pick up is free of charge. Please bring a truck large enough to hold a pallet!
LTL Shipping
Costs are calculated based on the weight, quantity, pallet dimensions, and the destination. The rate provided is based on the rate at the time of checkout. Shipping additional pallets with the same order will typically reduce your shipping cost per pallet. Customers can view their shipping cost at checkout before finalizing their order.
FTL Shipping
If your order exceeds LTL requirements, Wholesale101.com will provide a market quote using our carrier resources. You will not be charged at the moment of purchase, but will be responsible for shipping costs once the rate/rates are provided. You will receive an invoice with the updated shipping cost.
3. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For international shipping, please contact info@wholesale101.com.
4. Tracking Information:
All LTL orders come with tracking information provided by ShipHawk. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from system@shiphawk.com providing tracking information. If you have not received an email from ShipHawk, please contact info@wholesale101.com stating your order number. For FTL tracking, info@wholesale101.com will provide tracking information.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
Wholesale101.com is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further information.
6. Returns:
Delivery of the merchandise from Wholesale101.com pursuant to Section 6 A of the Terms and Conditions shall constitute an unqualified acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver by you of all claims with respect thereto except as set forth in Section 6 C in the Terms and Conditions. All sales are final. No returns or refunds are permitted. All sales are “As is, where is.”
7. Customs and Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to customs clearance processes.
